Services
Our agency provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content creation, email marketing, and website development.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for us to perform the services effectively.
You are responsible for providing access to necessary accounts and platforms required for the provision of services.
You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm our reputation or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Fees and Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or agreement between the client and the agency.
Fees are based on the services provided and may be subject to change with prior notice.
Payment is due within 1 day of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed upon.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed or provided by the agency remains the property of the agency unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided by the agency solely for the purpose outlined in the agreement.
Confidentiality
The parties involved agree to keep all confidential information shared during the engagement confidential.
Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and proprietary methodologies.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 3 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations remain due and payable.
Limitation of Liability
We are only liable and limited to the service fees paid by the client for the services delivered.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or charges.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
Without prior notice, we reserve the sole right to update or modify these Terms of service at any time. Your Continue use of our services after such changes constitute your consent to such changes.
